Beverage
1. 25% discount on soft and IMFL hard beverages for a maximum of twelve persons including member.2. Happy hours from 6 pm to 8 pm from 01 April to 15th September and 5 pm to 7 pm from 16th September to 31st March everyday at Toxic bar. (2+1)

Member’s Day
Members avail a 50% discount on the total food bill every Wednesday during the course of a valid membership card, valid up to a maximum of 12 persons.

Accommodation
30% discount on published tariff for any category of room. This benefit is subject to availability and is valid for any day of the week for a maximum of 3 nights.

Vouchers
1. One (1) voucher for complimentary night stays in superior room inclusive of breakfast from April to September. This benefit is subject to availability and is valid during the membership period.

2. Two (1) vouchers entitling the bearer to 50% discount on published tariff for superior and club room only. This benefit is subject to availability and is valid for any day of the week for a maximum of 3 nights.

3. Vouchers of Complimentary Movie Tickets and ½ kg Non-Chocolate Cake at birthday and marriage anniversary of member and spouse.

Other Benefits

1. Complimentary use of Swimming pool, Gym, and Jogging track for member and spouse only. At a time, a maximum of two family members can use this feature including the member.

2. 20% discount on the total bill of Temptationz (The pastry shop).

3. 15% discount on Diwali and Christmas hampers.

4. 20% discount on the total service bill in Habib’s Beauty Salon.
(Discount is not applicable to chemical work & beauty care products)

4. 10% discount on the Internet when availing room accommodation.

5. 10% discount on Ayurvedic massage.

6. Complimentary bottle of house wine when availing complimentary accommodation.

ELITE CLUB TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. One Privilege Card allows only the main member and the spouse as registered in the form to avail the discount in person.

2. Loyalty Program shall be termed approved/completed only once the entire form is completely filled with two passport size photograph from the applicant & spouse.

3. The RAMADA PLAZA JHV Varanasi Privilege card / package fee is Rs. 99,000/- plus applicable taxes for one entire year from the date of the receipt of the payment.

4. The RAMADA PLAZA JHV Varanasi Privilege card / package once purchased cannot be cancelled, refunded or transferred.

5. The RAMADA PLAZA JHV Varanasi Privilege card is to be used in person and only 01 (one) card per table, per dining visit will be accepted. In absence of the card holder the membership benefits cannot be extended.

6. The RAMADA PLAZA JHV Varanasi Privilege card is not valid in conjunction with other promotions, Special rates and other orders E.g. Happy Hours or other promotions / food festivals unless specified in the promotion.

7. The RAMADA PLAZA JHV Varanasi Privilege card is an individual, non transferable card not entitles the members to any credit facilities therefore the payment should be made by cash or credit card on presentation of the bill.

8. Membership benefits will be honored only upon presentation of a valid Privilege card in person. It is must that the services are availed by member only to avail benefits of Loyalty Program.

9. The Privilege card discounts and vouchers will all be valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and cannot be extended under any circumstances.

10. All lost or stolen cards should be reported immediately. An administration fee of Rs.1000/- will be charged to the member and replacement will be issued with the same expiration date.

11. The Privilege card is the property of the Ramada Plaza JHV, Varanasi who reserves the right to withdraw Guest privileges or retain or recall the card in case of misuse or misconduct / behavior to the Hotel’s environment or with employees by the member or their guest. In such a case the membership may be discontinued and the amount shall be forfeited.

12. All the vouchers must be presented with a valid Ramada Plaza JHV Varanasi Privilege card.

13. Benefits will only be awarded upon the presentation of corresponding original voucher and Privilege card. The members can use 3 types of vouchers per table per visit. H e/She can avail card benefits for different services.

14. All the vouchers are not valid in conjunction with other special rates or promotions. These vouchers issued will only be valid until the expiration date as stated on the corresponding Privilege card.

15. Benefits will only be honored upon the presentation of the corresponding gift vouchers along with card. Please note loss or theft of vouchers is the member’s responsibilities and therefore will not be replaced. Money cannot be refunded in such case.

16. Limitation of Liabilities – The Ramada Plaza JHV Hotel Varanasi if found liable to the member or his guest then such claim is strictly limited to the annual total cost of the Loyalty Program i.e. – Rs. 99,000/-

17. For administrative and accounting purposes, the Ramada Plaza JHV Hotel Varanasi and its associated companies may hold relevant information provided by purposes specific to the Loyalty program.

• Three (3) vouchers for complimentary non- alcoholic drinks at the restaurant or bar (Choice between soft drink, soda or juice (1 voucher which entitles one drink). Excluding mocktails.
• Three (3) vouchers for complimentary alcoholic drinks at the restaurant or bar (Choice between Rum, Whisky, Vodka or Regular Indian Beer) I.M.F.L regular 25 M.L drink. Excluding cocktails.
• Two (2) vouchers for a complimentary ½ K.G cake “excluding chocolate cake” only while dining at the restaurant.
